I am a user experience consultant with a passion for innovation. I have over 6 years experience in top tier investment and retail banks such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays and ING. I worked on many key transformation projects and developed solutions for various platforms such as mobile, web, desktop, wearable and ATM.

I can quickly grasp complex problems and translate these into clean, understandable technology solutions. One of my key achievements was at ING where the software transformation project of core banking was awarded “The Best Experience Project” during the World Usability Congress 2014.

Currently I live in London and work at Bank Of America Merrill Lynch to transform business requirements of various lines of businesses into a new trading system solution which is both MiFID II compliant and appropriate for business users.

In the 3rd quarter of 2014 we began to work on an ING Bank ParaMara (Digital Wallet) Apple watch application which is based on the leaked prototypes of the apple watch. While working on this application we received an invitation from Apple to their Palo Alto campus to get feedbacks from Apple Watch team.
